| Vicki Linder | Ameridian was the provider of a new roof on the condo I am renting. The roof is still under warranty and the roof is leaking. Ameridian was out and used caulk and nails to repair it. The roof has continued to leak and my my garage is full of mold. The City of Cincinnati has been out and written orders to have it repaired, but Ameridian makes excuses and has avoided the situation. I had another roofer come out and was informed that the flashing hadn't been replaced and there is area that totally lack flashing. I am not the only unit to have problems as others have experienced the same problems. RUN DON"T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! |
