| Sean Hacker | very nice people but would not recommend unfortunately - not near the quality you would expect for the cost - every time it rains my brand new gutters are not catching and I am having leaks / drips / overfill all over - have called and messaged multiple times and they still have not corrected problem every time I call the response is we could try this or try that or what do you think about this for correcting it etc etc but still not corrected - I feel as if I am having to research and suggest solutions to them instead of them > being professionals in this field coming out and fixing it correctly - the rainwater has caused my 4 month old gutters to appear to be 10 years old already - having more issues with water now than before the roof / gutters replaced. |

| Nicky . | 1st off I will say that this review is based on customer service and not quality or craftmanship of work. My husband and I called around to get a few different quotes because we have no idea how much a metal roof should cost. It took Zimmerman's a while to get back to us and we had already had 2 others get back to us with quotes. The timeframe it took for him to get back to us makes no difference but when I finally did talk to him I explained that we had decided to do the roof next year since we felt it was outside of our budget this year. He then asked me if I had gotten quotes from other places and I was honest and said yes. I went on to say that we would keep them in mind for next year because we still had no idea who we were going with. Before I finished my sentence he hung up on me. I will not be keeping them in mind now. My husband and I look for the best service and quality not the cheapest price but customer service makes a big deal as well. You just don't hang up on potential customers. |
