| Sabrina Haley | Our entire roof had to be replaced, including the decking. We had not planned for the all decking to be replaced but once they got the shingles off it was necessary. Fred came and climbed on the roof and took pictures to show us all the damage and then personally drove to 2 different stores to get all the decking that was needed so we wouldn't have the added expense of having that delivered. Fred was great, he answered all my hundreds of questions with patience and dumbed it down for me when I needed him to. We still have one more little detail to finish up but the weather hasn't been cooperative....hopefully the rain will be gone soon. |
