I have so much to say about this company. From the moment they came into my house to inspect my roof to the finished product, I was impressed. They were professional and timely they told me it would take a day and it truly only took one day. They showed up early and cleaned up when they were done trust me, I walked the property looking for nails and leftover material. The reps were each friendly and helpful even when I had questions and there was no pressure in the sales offer either. They were always a phone call away and actually had a person answering the phone or calling you back. Everything they told me they'd do, they delivered on and more. Going into this I had a roof that a previous owner replaced himself. This company offers a warranty, incentives, and much more. My attic was 30+ degrees hotter than the rest of the house due to the previous owner not putting any venting on the roof. My roof was replaced in 2006 and was already falling apart. The inside room in the attic had paint peeling off the wall because of the heat trapped inside the house. Erie came in through a FB add and responded quickly. I've had a great experience with this company in all respects and am now able to enjoy my attic without sweating to death. In fact, I'm writing this post from the attic room right now. I know reviews help people make informed decisions which is why I'm writing this.

The windows turned out amazing, They fit like a charm thanks to them meticulously measuring beforehand. The install was smooth and effortless on my part! They had plastic coverings everywhere to allow the mess to fall on which cleaned up in seconds, and they were constantly vacuuming inside to keep our place spotless. The install only took a day and another to allow the seal to set. We will absolutely be using Erie for our other construction needs! Definitely recommend!

Our installation went extremely smooth. The installation team was prompt everyday and communicative about what they were doing and when I could expect to see them. The product is exceptional and beautiful. Cleanup was done daily. Everyone we have worked with on this project was professional and polite.
