| Raymond Gomez | We started out with the roof then they talked us into gutters,upon completion of the roof they charged us for the roof and the gutters and got paid for everything but they didn't install the gutters. The way I found out about it was from Credit Karma instead of from Wells Fargo as was agreed. So I immediately cancelled the gutters,and I'm still waiting for the balance of 11,000.00 from the 9850.00 that was originally quoted to us from the beginning. Not sure if I'm getting my refund and Wells Fargo is taking their sweet time investigating it with thier team of "investigators." What the heck are they investigating? Don't use these people,or Wells Fargo. I'm just trying to let you know they are very dishonest people! |
