A Plus Roofing and Chimney – Roofing Contractor in Vandalia, Ohio

Called Wednesday February 19th for an estimate on fixing my chimney flashing. Was told I would have an estimate by Saturday or Monday at the latest. Waited till Monday to call after I never heard back. Called Monday and left message with zero response back. Called back on Tuesday just to leave message on machine stating I was unsatisfied with the customer service and I would be leaving a bad review on google. This company was definitely not the right fit for me!

A Plus Roofing went above and beyond to help us get our roof done at a reasonable price and could not be happier. The owner calls back very quickly and is genuinely a kind and knowledgeable guy. We trusted A Plus with our chimney liner and a roof. Great decision and will use them in the future. Thank you Bill!

I give them 1 star for friendliness if and when they either answer or return your call. I had a chimney leak and contacted them in Oct 2018. I got a fairly fast response and they had a clear plan with a reasonable estimate. I was impressed. Seven months later and multiple excuses later ordered the wrong pipe, new pipe in but missing flashing, your on our list but don't know when we can fix I'll call you back, calls and voicemails unanswered many many times, you name it and there was an excuse for it I finally gave up trying to get them to do the work. Maybe the job was too small? Maybe they just don't know how to manage a business? I don't care anymore. They're fired! Now I have to start all over. Yay. Okay. I get that the pipe was custom and accepted that. But you need to communicate and answer my calls or return calls. I had no issue waiting but the last time we spoke you said all parts were in and you were checking on when your crew could install. Then silence for weeks. No call back when I left messages. So are you still planning on completing the job? Can you actually call me? You say you want your customers to be satisfied. This is you chance to prove it.
