Roof leaked again and we made numerous calls and made numerous appointments to come out and estimate the repair and the never showed up-NO COURTESY CALL, NO APOLOGY and now they will not even answer their phone! Goes to voicemail without any response from them. I would hate to rely on them in an emergency. Definitely do not have his father's work ethic. Going with a more reputable company that believe in good customer service. |
