Just had my entire roof replaced by Universal Builders. Great Job! I really appreciated Chris and the entire team. Very professional, courteous, friendly and upfront with everything. The company worked with me with the timing of the job. Absolutely no pressure. And the guys doing the roof were very knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. Suffice it to say that I have another roof that needs to be replaced for a rental property and will be using them again. Highly recommend Universal Builders for your roofing jobs large or small. You will not be disappointed.

We would highly recommend Universal Builders! The salesman, Brit, was very knowledgeable and helped us pick colors based on his expertise. The installers were very professional, they worked diligently, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The roof looks great! They even replaced our shed roof as well so that everything matched. Customer service is excellent! We received emails checking in with us when the install was going to take place and then after everything was completed to make sure we had no problems or concerns with anything. We did not have any issues, but if we did, they were there to help us right away. It was a very positive experience and we would use Universal Builders again.

Brit and his team came to our door due to hail damage in our area. So thankful he did! He assessed and realized we were affected in the storms. From then on he took the lead and we had a smooth journey to our new beautiful roof! Went from a 60s red roof to a black roof. It changes the entire feel of our house and makes it much more modern. His team of workers came and finished in one day! Would recommend to everyone!
