My experience with Boak & Sons began with their insulation team-lead by Larry Premec and my two installers Nick and Mark. They were very trustworthy even informed me that part of the house didn't need any more insulation-which lowered my bill, very efficient and were able to answer any questions I had. That same day Bill Green from the siding department came to give me a quote on siding, fascia and gutters. I felt comfortable and confident already due to the honesty of the insulation team. Bill was able to answer all my questions and the value of his quote could not be beat. He helped me solve a problem that was not done correctly years ago. We scheduled my siding job for the summer and I could not be happier with my house! It looks like a brand new house! Bill stayed in contact with me as we dealt with delays due to weather, and helped solve adding an additional downspout. I can not praise the siding team of Harlan, Bobby, James, Rick and Kirk gutters. They were here everyday and worked non-stop to get everything completed. They replaced 3 doors, siding, fascia and gutters! The attention to detail is amazing! Harlan was able to answer any question I had and went above and beyond with helping me solve a couple small questions. Numerous people have now seen the house and also are raving about how good it looks. Several people asked if I got new windows--because the detail building out the windows makes them pop! I would recommend Boak & Sons without reservation!!

Came next day to give estimate and day after that to do the work. Showed up on time and were very courteous . Cleaned up very well after job was done and before they left. Would definitely use them again.

I requested a blown insulation estimate for my Tri-level house. I have an overhang from the top floor bedrooms ranging 2 ft wide by 34 ft long. Several years ago an insulator ,who now moved , cut a hole under the over hang to get in between the rafters and blew in insulation and told me the insulation will settle in 10 years and then to get more blown in so the pipes wouldn't freeze.Well, I spoke to Larry from Boak and Sons and he said that they only use roll insulation.I said we would have to take my ceiling down. He would not use the same pre-drilled holes . The way he spoke is that they only handle fast and easy jobs. He wasn't concerned for me! Rich. C.
