When the hard rains came water leaked into my insulation and into my closet wall. I had to rip out the carpet and gut the closet due to mold. My closet still is unusable. Marinez came to try to repair the roof twice and it still is not fixed. I am going to have to replace attic insulation, drywall and carpeting. I have been without my closet for six months now waiting for it to rain hard enough to see if the last repair took. It didn't. |

They also repaired the rafter tails and fascia on my shed. Mr. Martinez was honest and straight forward....explained everything he wanted to do in detail. They use good quality materials and have a pretty good selection of shingle colors to choose from. I actually went with a color that Mr. Martinez suggested Storm Grey architectural shingles and they look great on my house. They also do an outstanding clean up job when they're done. You won't find a single nail on the ground. When we settled up there were no "surprise" fees....he charged me exactly what he said he was going to charge me from day one. Overall...I'm very happy with the work they did for me....Mr.Martinez is a really nice guy and his crew is fast, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Martinez Roofing. |
