| Damon Basler | Went in for a part and they charged me double what it would have cost anywhere else. Charged 119.99 for something everyone else charges 59.99 for! They just happened to be the only ones who had it in stock at the time. Ended up not needing the part and took it back they looked at me like they couldn't believe it. The managers mouth almost hit his desk and he just sat there with his gaping mouth and then goes well did you use it? I said no I had to replace the whole unit and didn't need the part. They gave me my money back but as I tried talking to the salesperson who I know personally he turned his back to me and ignored me completely. I thanked them as I walked out but didn't hear anything back from them. Guess they only want to sell to contractors, but they have zero customer service there. Heard them and some contractors talking about how they got the items cheaper than they planned on so they can charge the person they are working for more and they all laughed about it. Place is a total waste of space and time. Do not shop there!!!! Would give them no stars if I could. |
