After 10 minutes, he came down, and walked my husband and I through all of the detailed photos he took while up on our roof. He explained each area of concern and how he would advise to remedy it. Ty is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and detail oriented. He suggested we patch and repair these areas so that our roof would be good to go for another couple of years.
