Asked for a call before the tech heads to my place so I can meet him in case I'm not home. No phone call. Pulled up to my house and the tech was there on his phone, thought he just got there. Worked for maybe 30 mins. Found the “problem”. Ordered parts, installed the parts. Issue still not resolved. I was charged over 1,000 for less than 2 hours of work, parts were replaced but did not need to. Spending this much money yet the issue was not solved. Ended up calling a different company and it was fixed for less than 300. VERY UNSATISFIED!!
