| Lisa Wilke | My experience is worth energy Tech at first we're good but when we found out the quality of the sliding glass door that he put in for us has been nothing but trouble the handle is broke the door don't want to slide I've had to call him out several times to fix these things the door is just nothing but more trouble now it's very dangerous for us I have three grandchildren living under the age of 6 with me and now if there's a fire in the house I can't even open my sliding glass door went to call him this morning to ask him what we can do about the situation he said he's come out here four times and he's not coming out anymore and proceeded to hang up on me my experience is worth energy ticket first we're good but when we found out the quality of the sliding glass door that he put in for us it's been nothing but trouble the handle is broke the door don't want to slide I've had to call him out several times to fix these things the door is just nothing but more trouble now it's very dangerous for us I have three grandchildren living under the age of 6 with me and now there's a fire in the house I can't even open my sliding glass door when to call him this morning to ask him what we can do about the situation he said he's come out here for times and he's not coming out anymore and proceed adding up on me I would not recommend their windows or their sliding glass doors to anyone we are the most honest people and he just wanted to treat us like we're just an inconvenience after all the money that we gave him for these windows and doors and they had to come out more than once for the window that they put in the kitchen to because it was not even put in properly |
