| Jared Head | I purchased a house in Duncan, OK less than two years ago that had a brand new roof that was installed by H&S Roofing. I thought in the unlikely event of an issue that it would not be any problem for a local company to warranty their work. Unfortunately in Oklahoma the wind blows and this caused many shingles to fly off the ridge row of my roof. The wind was not an uncommon occurrence that caused an issue to any of my neighbor's roofs. The shingles coming off my roof was an isolated event that had to be due to subpar materials or faulty installation process. I thought to myself this should not be any issue I will call H&S Roofing and talk to them about fixing the roof. I was informed that they are no longer in business. However they are standing by their work and Mrs. Hendrix would discuss with her husband about getting this fixed. A few weeks have passed and now I am unable to get anyone to answer my calls or texts. I do not have an email address or know where to send a carrier pigeon as an alternative method of communication. H&S Roofing has the absolute worst communication skills of any business that I have dealt with. |
