Sommer Prothro -SoPro	Do not call them! They will over charge you and disappear if the job involves physical labor. Charged us nearly 800 for approximately 2-3 hours of work to remove a clog and camera a pipe. Turns out the pipe under my entry way is sagging and needs to be replaced. We can't use our dishwasher, kitchen sink or Washington until this weekend. Apparently the job is too much for them to handle. After dealing with my insurance company and then calling Usry to set up a day for them to remove and replace the pipe, they completely ghosted us. Even after they told us Bob would come out for a 2nd opinion. They got what they wanted and left us hanging. Now I have to pay another plumber to remove another clog and re-evaluate the entire situation.
