Monday I will be making a formal complaint with the BBB and my home insurance. I spend thousands in home insurance and they paid thousands for my roof I should not be having water spots on my roof 1 month, 2 months, or 2yrs after install on shingles that were guaranteed for 30 yrs. I will updated this when and if roof medic makes it right.
