Called this contractor in January 2019 for a roof repair. They were very responsive and came out the same day for the bid. I paid them to start the job and that's where it went downhill. I was told someone would call to schedule within 3 days. Over a week went by before I finally called them. They again said someone would call and nothing. I finally got someone on the phone and they said that an employee had rearranged the office and misplaced my file. In the day they were scheduled to come no one showed. The following day they finally came “very late” and did not have all the materials to finish the job. It just so happened to rain the next day and the leaks appeared again. I called and they sent someone out again to repair. I went up to inspect and realized they had not replaced any of the decking I had requested. They just nailed shingles into water rotten wood. After the second repair it leaked again. Their answer was to put some sealer on it. After only two months the leaks have returned in the same spot. After three phone calls and two emails I have had no return calls or emails. It seems that cash is king and service after the sale is non-existent. Very poor customer service. Please do not use this company if you want quality work or professionalism. They will never let you talk to a manager or owner EVER
