| Justin Jowers | What a joke!! I called in Dec. 2018 because my roof was leaking around the chimney. Water was running in on my very old hardwood floors. They told me they werent working on anything untill march. I called another guy and he came out and replaced the flashing around the chimney in about an hour. Fast forward to today i called them and told them i had a leak in the roof of my sun room and needed an estimate. They lady on the phone said they dont do estimates and they would come fix it and send a bill. When I was the master tech at the dealership and worked on their trucks we were expected to treat them like royalty and move their trucks to the front of the line because they are a big buisiness in ponca. Its really a shame they dont have the same customer service they demand from everybody else. |
