I was not looking forward to this "roofing experience". It started off great, John helped with the insurance liaison role. Then my insurance company did the unexpected and lost some of my paperwork. John busted his butt taking additional pictures, getting more paperwork and helped me bird dog my insurance company to keep things moving forward. The end result is something I am proud of. One Stop did the roofing, guttering, fixed the patio leaked like a rain forest, and interior painting of water spots. It looks fantastic. Everything looks fantastic. The crews were professional and hard working. They picked up after themselves. I never had to call John to get after someone. His crews are the best. John was always checking on the progress and made sure we were satisfied. Great job!!!

I wasn't looking forward to finding a roofing company and honestly kept putting it off. Hank and John were in the area and stopped by my home. They're not only professional but genuinely just nice people! They're not your typical company that want to pressure you and pushy. They truly want to help! I had issues with my insurance company not wanting to replace the entire roof. Hank and John took care of everything from additional pictures to talking to insurance for me. I've had questions/concerns along the way and they give detailed answers and wanted to make sure I understood. John came by to check progress during and afterwards. Hank followed up throughout the entire process. They're my new “go to” company as they do several things besides roofing and gutters. I would highly recommend them!
