Had our roof shingles replaced by Highlander. My wife is very disappointed with the end product. She wanted to give the Highlander team two stars because they were courteous when giving the estimate, but not much else. We were going to take the company sign down but she decided it was a good warning to our neighbors that are in the market for a roof. The roof looks like they didn't replace bowed decking and is uneven. Half the shingles look half cut, not even across. Exposed “tar” paper, loose nails on the roof, and the facia looks like someone who doesn't know what their doing applied. I had several estimates done, but I went with Highlander because they had the best price and came with a stock of referrals. Robert Jackson is a very friendly salesman and we expected so much more from him and his construction company. My wife expressed her discontent with him and she said he was only interested in getting paid. We had also wanted our shed roof done, and gutters replaced, but that was disregarded and forgotten. Very disappointed with our experience with Highlander Roofing and Construction.
