After signing the contract, the architect Andrew, began a much larger project and put my house on the back burner for over four months. After being reminded that I had a deadline to receive permits before the end of June or pay over 9,000. in SDC's, Andrew was able to get the plans done within days. The city, their engineers and I really hustled to barely get the permits on time. Unfortunately, after that many months, all the contractors I had been talking with were completely booked and I have still not broke ground. If you're not a big company, you won't be valued. Take your money somewhere else.
