This review is about a furnace repair by Legacy. PERFECT service start to finish! Left service request on the website late last night, with model details. Justin called first thing this morning to schedule, I got an appointment this afternoon the delay was due to my work schedule, not theirs. Matt pulled up in a sharp, clean work van right on time. He popped on shoe covers to come through the house and went right to work. Less than an hour later he had found and replaced a faulty hot-surface ignitor he had brought the correct part with him. 119 flat rate service call plus the cost of the part was a fair price. I was able to pay immediately with credit card, very convenient. Matt was friendly, energetic, and professional even though this was the last call of the day on a Friday. I will definitely use this company again. Very pleased to know they are right here in Forest Grove. Thanks Matt and Justin!
