I hired Zach and his team to remodel a new rental property. Phase one of this project included replacing the roof, reinforcing the basement structure, remodeling the bathroom, and partially remodeling the kitchen. I hired the plumber and electrician separately however after working with Zach wished I had let them manage the entire project because of the excellent job they did and the expert advise they provided. The cost of the project was more than reasonable and the work was exceptional quality. He and his team are talented in many aspects of the construction trade. They are professional and courteous, yet personable - not a combination easily found in the construction trade. Zach is always willing to share tips and helpful advise on the project and beyond the scope of what they are doing. He is well connected in the community and produces beautiful work. Looking forward to the second phase in the near future.
