Salvatore came out personally and inspected the attic and roof of my large 3-story 1911 home. He gave me a full report and his team did a comprehensive job in tearing off the roof and installing a new roof with new vents. They were timely and efficient and cleaned up each day. When a hose got nicked, Salvatore bought a very nice replacement and delivered it straight away. Outstanding quality, pricing, and service! Premier Pacific replaced my roof a five years ago . I very much appreciated working with Salvador Franco to plan the project. I found him to be very professional and personable. The roof installers were efficient, and diligent. I am very pleased with the completed project and with the warranties that came with the agreement. My neighbor's tree, close to my property line, was too close to my house and shaded one small area of my roof, causing a green tinge suggesting algae was starting to accumulate,.This was two years after the original installation. I called to have Premier Pacific clean that area, since the guarantee included assurance that algae would not grow. Premier Pacific was quick to take care of this. However, the tree continued to be a problem, and I could see that part of the roof near it was starting to show a green tinge again. This was another 2 years later. I negotiated with my neighbor to pay half the cost if he would have the tree cut down. The tree was also negatively affecting algae growth on their roof. Once the tree was gone, I called Premier Pacific again about cleaning this part of the roof once more. They did not hesitate to come out and clean that part of the roof a second time. It has now been six months since that second cleaning, and that part of the roof is as clean as new. The rest of the roof is also still clean after 5 years of damp Oregon weather. If the cleaning had not worked, Premier Pacific was prepared to replace the original shingles, but that was not necessary. I don't anticipate any future problems, as I feel my roof is of the highest quality. At the same time, I am confident that should anything come up again, Premier Pacific will be responsive to any future needs I might have in that regard. The original contract for the roof includes several warranties, including the 10 year algae-resistance provision.
