I called and spoke with Dan Burke to ask a ton of questions about a failed sewer line on a home I was looking to buy. Even though Dan didn't charge for anything, he reviewed the videos we had from another sewer scope, gave me some solid advice, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. This is my first time buying a house and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me. I will look to Lovett before other companies if/when I need any plumbing work in the future!

Lovett came out to finish up a bathroom remodel we were doing. I wish we had used them for the whole job. They got us on their schedule quickly which is half the battle! Dan came out to do our job - he was smart and reliable. He explained the whole process, was super flexible and worked with our tricky set up and charged fairly. We've had a rough time finding someone good and trustworthy. Definitely will use them again.

I am great full for this company. It has saved my apartment complex may times from a disaster. The customer service in the dispatch from David is exceptional, he always calms the situation and lets you know they are there to help asap. Dan is an amazing plumber always professional and does not waste any time getting the job done professional and right the first time. I have dealt with a number of companies on a daily and this is my top pick due to these guys....oh and I know they have Lowell now and he is a great estimator and John is great as well......Keep up the great work team......
