| Craig Lower | Don't ever use this company for anything... I recently refinanced my home and needed a roof certification. In order to obtain this certification Real Estate Roofing came out and first inspected the roof and then gave their criteria for the actual cert. Standard moss removalmy roof had none because I had abated it earlier in the year... photos even showed that aluminum oxide treatment, and some sealing of a few spots. Here we are a couple of months later and I have moisture getting in somewhere... I just finished my own roof sealing treatment and in looking around on the roof it seems to me that they did absolutely nothing but god a little tar in literally half a dozen spots. This work cost me 700. I could've done all that for about 20 in material and a couple hours of time. I guess the main deal here is having to pay someone to do nothing in order to get a written certification for a home buy or a refi... what a racket!! Do yourself a favor and look for another company if your realtor tries to hook you up with these folks! Rip off!! |
