True construction professionals. Price was right & the work is guaranteed. This is no "Chuck in a truck". These folks do what they say & say what they mean. I am sick & tired of contractors who come out, give an estimate - you never hear from them again - the price changes - they show up, start a job & then they don't finish it. Loads of excuses - if you can even get them on the phone! This is a REAL company that actually does the work the way you would do it - if you owned a construction company. I didn't have to chase anyone. My calls were always answered live & I always got through to my estimator or my project manager. Worth every penny! Let's get real...this is my precious home & I want the best for it & these guys are the best. Patrick held my hand through the entire process, after I had signed w/Brad. I love my new roof, deck & siding. I am now the envy of the block :

Contacted Dr Roof for roof leak repair on a rental home the first part of January. Initial response was ok, scheduled appointment was mid January. I heard nothing and emailed for status first part of February, reply was not informative or helpful at all. Requested information and work proposal. Got no response. Emailed office end of February with complaint of lack of action on the leak repair. Have received no response. Now early March, and no action, not even a proposal. Very unhappy, Tennant is angry. I can not recommend.
