Painting the new hand railings on our front porch steps was one of the last tasks in this huge project. They painted my porch railings in Oct on a cold, rainy day and of course, the paint peeled and blistered the following year. Numerous other owners also had their porch railings suffer the same consequence. Even though the paint failed within the first year, they refuse to honor our warranty and have not even responded to my Better Business Bureau's complaint. I'm very upset so wish to spread the word about their very, poor business practice and customer service.
