My family and I were super pleased! They did exactly as promised. Free inspection, no out of pocket expenses, no pressure and very informative. I never put in any kind of claim before and I must admit i was a little bit nervous. Dennis sat me down and went over every number and every detail until I understood everything. Great company! Quality of work was wonderful. Very helpful in explaining the insurance claims process. Everyone from the office to the sales team and roofers were very informative and all around good people. I would recommend Superior to anyone looking to have work done to their home!

The quality of work these men do and in such a quick time, I myself was surprised. The gentleman that came and gave me the free estimate was the actual owner. He had an adjuster here within the next week. I was at first denied but he quickly got on that and had another man come out and take another look. Boy oh boy the pictures he showed me from my hail damage I had no idea. Im an older resident and do not understand the insurance papers. He made sure I understood it all and was totally comfortable. This was a blessing on my fixed income I was able to afford with my deductible a whole new roof. If I did not fix what was already leaking I would have had to pay much more or loose my home and move. These guys really helped an old man a lot of trouble. Awesome jobs guys.
