| Steve Iannello | Recently had a new roof installed by Carranza. The owner Minor came out and personally walked me through the process showing me all materials that he and his team would be using. Once they removed the old roof it was determined that we had a lot of plywood that was bad / wet and needed to be replaced. His supervisor showed me the wood and explained the need to replace. They wound up replacing 26 sheets of plywood @ 62 per sheet, which added to the cost, but I knew that going into this project that it could likely be worse then anticipated! Even with the additional work the team was done before 4pm! Our house is about 2,000 sq feet with a 1 car attached garage, and they were still done in one day. Overall the process was very smooth and we are happy with the results. We had a minor issue where a few screens were damaged, and the attic fan making a loud noise afterwards that it was not before and both were corrected in a timely manner, the owner Minor came out and personally attempted to repair the attic fan, but when he determined he could not, replaced it at his cost! We would absolutely use Carranza Roofing and Remodeling again for future projects! |

I then had them install a new roof for my mother in Havertown. Their crews performed their work in a very neat and professional manner on all three homes. In addition, 2 years later when I thought I had a small roof leak...the owner of the company, Minor Carranza came out himself, got up on the roof and found a small leak where my copper flashing joined the masonry. Even though it was not his issue he took care of it for me at no charge. Truly an excellent reliable company. Minor Carranza is the the type of business owner who really cares about his customers and is a pleasure to do business with...Thanks again, Minor! |
