We are so happy with our new awning from S & S Remodeling Contractors!! Phil and Joe and Joe did such a fantastic job! Even the owner, Gary, stopped by to make sure the installation went well. We have used our deck more in the past month than we have in the past 14 years! It drops the temperature at least 20 degrees! The awning was custom made for our deck. The workmanship was first class. The installation was nothing short of professional. The work area when they left was cleaner than when they started. And, S & S Remodeling sticks with their customers. When we had a small issue with the awning, they came out the very next day and fixed it! Do yourselves a favor - don't waste time with other awning companies. Go straight to S & S Remodeling and you will never regret it!

From the start Gavin was honest, polite, and always quick to get back to us with any questions. We wanted to get replacement windows and a sliding patio door replaced and were told by a different contractor that we also needed a roof replaced. Gavin was the first and only contractor to actually climb onto the roof and show us pictures that we not only didn't need a new roof, but the one we had was good for another 10 years at least. He easily could have given us a roof quote like the other companies and pocketed the easy money, but instead he saved us a huge expense that wasn't needed. The pricing was right for the windows, the work was completed correctly and efficiently and any small hiccups were more than made up for by Gavin and S&S. They even came back and replanted a small bush that got damaged during install. All the window replacement companies offer window warranties but what they don't tell you is that you'll still be charged if they have to come back to install the window because workmanship usually isn't included; not the case with S&S. If any of the windows fail they come out and fix it without charging. From the start of the project to the end Gavin and S&S were the right pick for our job. We will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Gavin Subers was excellent at reviewing our needs and recommended a Craftbuilt-Aristocrat retractable awning for our residence. We had the work completed in April and couldn't be happier. Joe Paris and his assistant also named Joe did a great job on the installation. I highly recommend S & S Remodeling!
