RF Fager Company – Roofing Contractor in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

We have been customers for over 25 years. Today we went to enter the camp hill location and was told we can't enter bc we don't have a mask on. We were told that we can wait outside and someone will take our order for us. We cannot wear masks due to medical issues. I can't believe that this local family business is caving into corrupt government "orders". We will not be giving R.F. anymore business and will be telling others not to give them business as well. Very disappointed

Awesome service bought a part for a Gerber toilet and it fit perfectly every time i go to this establishment they have what i need if they dont have it they have all ways gotten it for me thanks to RF Fager Company

I would never spend 1 at the Camp Hill, PA store. My husband and I were in the store for 20 minutes and not a single person offered to help or ask if we had any questions. When I mentioned this to one of the agents, he asked if we stopped by the receptionist desk. Note, there wasn't anyone at the receptionist desk. He even admitted that is a problem that they have. The store closed at 5:00. We're walking toward the front door at 5:02. Some lights were already turned off and we had to exit through an employee side door. While it's nice to browse without someone hovering, it's important to show professionalism and at least extend an offer of assistance. Possibly say, "Hi my name is ______. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance." Or maybe that's asking too much! We are currently remodeling our master bath and kitchen, however, I will spend my money with a business who seems to care about a potential client. People have a choice as to where they spend their money. It seems more respect would be placed on the customer experience and not expect the merchandise to sell itself.
