Justin's awesome! It's clear to our family he is not interested in finding ways to maximize his personal gain if it doesn't help both of us. Let's face it: we all have our own areas of expertise, and if one of your areas isn't home repair and maintenance, it can be scary to have anyone out to your house to tell you "what's really going on" with your home. The wrong choice - and the wrong person - can lead you down a dangerous rabbit hole. Thousands of dollars for repairs that only one of us knows won't fix the issue. While there have been multiple times Justin has come out to do great paid work, there have been just as many times when he's come out and simply given us helpful advice on next steps. Sometimes, that leads to work for him down the line. Sometimes, it doesn't. But this just goes to show how much he values building customers for life over simply separating people from their wallets whenever seemingly possible. We totally recommend him and his team for any roofing, siding, and gutter projects you have in mind!

Just had a roof completed by Justin Cohen Contracting. Justin is honest and his crew did an excellent job installing and cleaning up after replacing my roof. He managed the install well and was onsite to answer any questions. The cost of the roofing job was fair and was better than other quotes I had received for the same quality of roof. I have had many roofers perform repairs in the past but Justin's work has always surpassed them all. I would highly recommend Justin for any roofing jobs in the future.
