An awesome product. If you have leaves and gutters You need this product. You will not be disappointed. Courteous and knowledgeable sales people. A company that strives to satisfy the customer. Specifically the Cranberry Township office.

Having a bad experience with this company. Scheduled to have work done. The day it was scheduled no one called or showed up. I called the point of contact left a message. No one called back. I called the company was advised my install time was changed without anyone ever contacting me about it. Then no one showed at that time either. Called the company again to be told someone would call me back. That never happend. Called the company again a few days later to be told again, that someone would call me back. Seems like I'm getting the runaround.

I purchased a gutter protection system from Leaf Filter about 3 years ago and posted a positive review on Trust Pilot. They solved my gutter clogging problems from leaves and other debris which was causing basement flooding to be fair, I had to also add french drains and properly landscape the property. This review relates to a service request to repair a leak in the gutters that I noticed recently. I contacted their website service number this morning around 9 AM. They immediately recognized the property address from my phone number and by noon a Field Service Technician Luke was at my home who fixed the problem, with a one year guarantee, for 95. I have not experienced this level of prompt and courteous service in a long time. It is a pleasure to take the time to post this review.
