The sales person asked if I had any measurements. I told them that I did not have measurements and I was just starting to look and wanted to know the process in working with Nicklas Supply. The sales persons said without measurements then I can't help you. I just wanted to understand the general process and to understand what Nicklas Supply offers. I continued to probe and ask questions while the sales person just kept saying "without measurements, I can't help you". I eventually got the information that I needed.
