Roofing Contractor – Roofing Contractor in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The company made three appointments with us, all of which were cancellations or no-shows. On the third and final appointment, the work was supposed to be done and was never performed, resulting in massive water damage in our property. We called someone else who was able to remedy the situation the very next day. The company attempted to call for a fourth time to schedule and we told them not to bother. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Very poor communicator. Hardly cleaned up area and my husband had to do it. When I came by to give check, there were two workers there who I could not communicate with and a torch was on and leaning against a back deck completely unattended. When I told Nick...he never responded. They had to come back 2 times to fix poorly done work on front balcony and nail down wood that had already been coated with rubber roofing. They did give money back...but we didn't really want to have to clean up but it was our rental house. I would never have them back. The receptionist was nice and helpful.

I could not have worse things to say about this company and it's owner. I tried to hold off for several years on reviewing them as I do not welcome negativity, but I need to forewarn the masses. Leak after leak after leak in every single room in my house. We even took down our ceilings to rehab the interior of our home, only to find rotted and damaged joists that Nick charged us to replace added on top of the initial quote. The owner hires cheap day laborers who do not know what they are doing. Terrible communication and problem after problem. The warranty he provides is worthless. DO NOT WASTE TIME, MONEY, and ENERGY hiring this crook. Currently in the process of finding and paying another roofer to fix his mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!
