Of course, we were leery of any contractor at this point, but Jim saved the day. He is upfront and tells it like it is....i.e., there were no empty promises. The final product is better than any architect could have designed and exceeds our expectations. Jim worked with us and guided us when we weren't sure what we wanted to provide a beautiful addition to our home. Be wary of the bad contractors and stick with the good ones.
