T Krol	I called Vincent Urbano to fix a leaking copper pipe in my 91 year old mother's basement and a plugged up water output pipe for her washer. He put a temporary patch on the leaky pipe and poured acid in the plugged up washer pipe. He was there not more than an hour and charged my mother 225. He came back a couple of days later and replaced the leaky copper pipe. Again, was there not more than an hour and again charged her 335. My mother has been upset ever since as she is low income and 560 is a lot of money for her. This past weekend, my brother reviewed Checkbook and Mr. Urbano is listed as having an hourly rate of 110/hour. So, he overcharged my mother by about 300. Buyer beware.
