Capital Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Deplorable, unacceptable, unprofessional, unsympathetic, time wasting lack of any schedule adherence from “Dave”. Multiple missed appointments last year, looked past that because he seemed like a nice guy. Two missed appointments this year. First one, text to ask if he need me to do anything for his appointment he set with me via his last text for that evening, to which he replies “You never confirmed it with me, so i booked other appts”!!! Why would you tell me a date and time to be here, and not show up? Again? If you needed confirmation YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT!!!! On to tonight, haven't had a fire in the fireplace for a week, as we thought captain dependable was coming to clean it, appointment for between 6:30-7:30, he calls at 6:50, and says “I should have called you sooner, but I blew my back out the other day, and can't come tonight”! Really? Boy Scout carnival tonight that we didn't go to because Mr Considerate was coming?? It gets better, when he says “Oh, I think I remember your house now, didn't I tell you you had to get your chimney lined last year?”. Which he did not, what he did do was SUGGEST IT. He also said he would provide a written estimate to see “if maybe your insurance company will pay for it”. Never got an estimate, which I told him, and he mumbled something about being sure he'd sent one. We have used the fireplace for a two full seasons because he only SUGGESTED a liner, if it was such an important safety issue I would have done so, and as a responsible business owner don't you think he would have, should have, could have followed up with us about the supposed quote he sent us??? Who takes the time to build a quote then never contacts the customer? Complete, and absolute BS, and a total waste of my time, and patience. Find someone else. There are a ton of good companies in the area, this just isn't one of them
