Michelle Kim	I had the roof work done by the N.E. Contractors in 2012 with the 10 year warranty. The roof leaked big time in the Spring of 2019 which ended up ruining the ceiling. The guy from the N.E. Contractors came out and spent less than 10 minutes to re-coat the small section of the roof, but he refused to fix the water damage from the roof leak. Every time I look at the water damaged ceiling, it is very upsetting. Their warranty is useless since they are refusing to fix the water damaged ceiling from the leaky, faulty roof work.
