Dave also returned to answer my questions after I received the proposal. I agreed to the entire proposal, which included interior French drains around the entire perimeter, 2 baskets, 6 pumps, exterior entrance drain, durawall, mold treatment, and a large powerful dehumidifier that covers the entire basement. I have an 1800 square foot basement with 5 separate rooms. This made the project more difficult than it would be for an unfinished basement. However, Mike Williams foreman and his crew worked carefully for over a week, putting in some long days to ensure an excellent result. I know my basement wasn't easy and had some tricky spots, but Mike was never afraid to reach out to Todd project manager to get advice, so that he could provide the best job possible for me. This crew exceeded my expectations in every way. |
