Bella Construction went above and beyond our expectations on our siding job. From the patience of Ed Cermak who worked with us for seven months trying to nail down this contract. Getting our product and colors right was an important part of this project. Ed made at least seven or eight trips to our home which is 60 plus miles away. He never pressured us and was really kind with us. You have a fantastic salesmen Justin. The installation crew were amazing. They started early and came everyday except two days for a month. Worked 10 and 12 hours a day, in the rain and in the dark! They paid close attention to detail and really went out of the way to please us. The two Antonios were very good doing custom siding work. Every little detail that we wanted they did. When we saw something we did not like they corrected it right away. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Matt the project manager came out to the project twice to attend to the job. Matt Bell the owner also showed up on the job too address our needs! Everything Bella said they would do they did! What an amazing experience. The initial experience with Ed, who came to give the estimate was fantastic. He was very professional, and took the time to explain the entire procedure, and even the paperwork that my insurance company sent. There was absolutely no pressure and I immediately knew I was ready to sign a contract to hire this company. The project manager called to inform me when the job would start and what to expect. The entire crew arrived promptly to complete the job. They were respectful and so fast... and cleaned up everything after they were done. They had the roof removed and replaced in 5 hours! Bella and their sales consultant were awesome to work with. They helped us work through details of dealing with our Insurance company which allowed us to get our roof replaced as expeditiously as possible. The roof was replaced in one day and looks perfect. Highly recommended!
