The Exterior Company was very easy to work with. The representative who handled my case was on top of things and saw that the job was done when he told me it would be. The crew who did the work was very experienced. Each member went about their job fast and efficiently without having to be told what to do. The company is disorganized, mismanaged,storm chasing joke. They passed my account around to 3 different project managers right up until the day of the appointment with my insurance company. When the time came to have the insurance company inspect my roof the Project Manager that showed up never saw my house, never looked at my file or knew what the first project manager saw damage wise. Which resulted in the adjuster steam rolling him and now I'm left with a damaged roof and an estimate to pay for it put of pocket. The only reason I called my insurance company is because TEC said there was damage...then when it comes time to meet the insurance company there is no damage?!? It's just a scam. I am going to get the roof fixed but there is a snowball's chance in hell that TEC will be the company to do it. This company pays for good reviews so please do your self a favor and read the one star reviews first and you will see similar stories.

I can't say enough about Quinn and his team. He came to inspect the roof and found storm damage. Quinn explained the process. From start to finish everything went smoothly. They show up on time, very professional, efficient and straight forward. Quality work done with quality equipment and a friendly team. I would definitely recommend TEC . One more plus, they follow all CDC guidelines.
