McHales Inc. – Roofing Contractor in Levittown, Pennsylvania

Jim and Connor were very prompt and professional. They were quick on the job and did a great job of repairing our main sewer pie in the house. We would definitely use them again! Pricing was very reasonable. We loved the bios of the people they sent out. Made us feel more comfortable with who was coming out. Overall, a great experience!

We called McHale's on Sunday and scheduled them to come out Monday afternoon for a small leak at the base of our toilet, and to get a quote on having a trap placed on our utility sinkIt had a very small leak also. We were told we'd get a phone call Monday morning to give us a window of when the tech would arrive. We never got a call. Around noon, my wife called up to inquire. We were told we'd still get a call when the tech was on his way. Monday afternoon came and went with no call. At 8:30PM Monday night, a McHale's tech showed up at our door unannounced. I will say, the tech was polite and informative enough. Here's the good part. McHale's wanted just shy of 550 to replace the wax ring on our toilet! That's not a typo. They wanted around 500 to install a strainer and trap! They also offered to just replace the toilet for the low, low price of 1000 They generously offered a 10 discount though, lol. This was by far the most outrageous quote I've ever received in my life. How this company stays in business price gouging like that is beyond me. Needless to say, after paying the 39 fee just for the tech to come to the house and quote me like that, I will never consider giving this company an ounce of my business again in life.
