| drunkenmonke79 . | Mike came to put up flashing and repair my roof about a year ago. He told me that he could not match my original shingles. I believed him and said yes to him putting gray on my roof instead of my original brown. He also told me that he is the only company that hand nails their roofs. Well sure enough he put nails throughout my roof in many of the old shingles around the new mismatched ones that he installed. The nails were exposed and he did not caulk the heads. Fast forward to now, I noticed mold growing fast on my garage attic drywall. I pulled the dryway only to see that the roof was leaking where he did the work from last year. I called him several times and left several messages and he wouldn't answer or return my call. Im guessing it's because he new he was the reason for my problems. I had to get another company to fix my roof and show me all of the things Mike did wrong. DO NOT hire this guy! |
