| Melanie Patterson | Recently contacted the owner on the phone to set up a meeting for a walk through and estimate for 2 new roofs on a 24,000 SF commercial warehouse & 1,000 SF adjacent office building located 2 blocks from his office. He didn't show up for the walk through and instead sent his son. Here we are 2 months later and I am STILL waiting for the estimates. Found him to be very arrogant -- all talk and no show! This isn't the first time -- contacted him 4 years ago for a roof estimate or repair for the Coyle Theater Project in Charleroi -- he never showed up. Honestly I don't know how they are in business. The only 4 star review on Google is from the wife of one of his workers about the job they did on their own house. |
