| Gina Goss | We recently used Fleischer Bros to replace the roof on our multi-family property in Hawley, PA. and they did an amazing job. Bradley Rex and crew completed the entire project in one day as promised and left our property immaculately clean. As luck would have it, a few days after they completed the job, the wind caught an umbrella on one of the decks and it landed on the roof, putting a small hole through the shingles. We called Brad and he was nice enough to come by and fix it for us. Great customer service, something you don't see very often today! Will recommend them to all of our friends. |
| Brandon Craig | Was sadly disappointed with this company.. it's a group of brothers that have different sections and number one was confusing as I was passed around and finally got ahold of the right one but had to keep calling the other brother cause they would not get back to me. Then as the day passed I finally got a call from the one brother Jerry who finally only texted me the quote without any real info of what was included and why. I even gave my email so I could get the specifics. The issue came that I have a small roof and with a couple different cuts with some small other roof sections and he used that as reason for quoting in a brief text 10,000 and even over 10,000 three other quotes I got from Shingle Me, BF Construction, and Nice Shingles Roofing and Exterior. All of whom are highly rated and suggested to me. When I called to question him on it I simply got excuses and that he would talk to his brothers and get back to me. Surprise... I never received any call back. I am sure they do good work at times and they even did my brother in-laws whom suggested them but I am sad to say I think they were poor service and trying to be shrewd business. I would never suggest them to anyone, only just the opposite as they may do the same crazy pricing for others and don't fall victim but get someone trust worthy! |
