They were very professional, ask questions about what you wanted to do, even if you were experienced and needed advice on completing project... Did not try to oversell products that you didn't need..VERY HONEST !! THEN believe it or not... like a very well oiled machine, they had me loaded, AND the load tied down for me, and I was pulling out of the very well maintained yard, at 8:52!!!!!. From office to complete order on my truck and tied down ready to go in 18 minutes !!! Very friendly, kind, and some of the best customer service ever !! They rate beyond 5 stars !! |
