| ChiChi Grennan | Would have given them zero stars but not an option. Had water heater replaced and old one removed. Old water heater was on wooden blocks lifted off the cement floor and was discarded along with the old water heater. They installed the new water heater and placed it directly on the cement floor and the rust and water left behind when they removed the old one. Have contacted them several times requesting they lift the water heater off the floor as was the old one and they refuse to do so unless I pay them more money. The head service technician I spoke with today was extremely rude and obnoxious repeating they I had to pay to have it lifted on blocks. I will mention that the technician who was sent to replace this unit no longer works for the company as of my initial complaint on this installation, per the receptionist to whom I spoke with. That says something about the service provided. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any service provided by this company. |
| Will Wanger | First time I had to contact these folks was through my home warranty for a mainline stoppage. The first guy to come out was great, did everything he could within the warranty parameters, but wasn't able to fully clear it. No big deal in my opinion. The next day Clear Flow called me and gave me a quote to get the stoppage cleared. They just finished up today and were able to clear the line, gave me some advice on how to keep it clear old house with old pipes and were on their way. Great service and great value. They will be my go to from now on |
